Why This Work Is Personal

I rose quickly in my career—leading globally, becoming a Chief People Officer, and later a Private Equity Operating Partner. I sat at board tables, coached senior leaders, and learned how power, influence, and pay actually work inside organizations.

I more than 10x’d my income over my career—but I also paid for it with burnout and a nervous system constantly pushed to its limits.

Born almost legally blind and having overcome childhood trauma, I believed I could push through anything. Motherhood showed me the cost of that approach—and forced a recalibration.

That shift changed everything.

The Result

More clarity. More calm. More confident authority. More impact. More income. A career that expanded—without burning me out or pulling me away from my son.
